We've challenged our best carvers to produce the finest looking hand-made djembes in the world and we think they've succeeded. Fittingly, the 1st drum ever produced in this model line is our "Limited Edition Sageman Drummer Girl". This amazing djembe features everything that has made our drums so popular. Deep carving and shell inlay combine to make this the prettiest djembe we've every produced! It measures 28" x 13" (height/head) and will produce musician quality sound for years to come. All limited edition drums start with a hand picked piece of solid mahogany. The shell is precision lathe cut and then hand carved. You won't find another drum like this anywhere in the world. Your drum is truly unique. The drum pictured here is the drum that will arrive at your door perfectly tuned. A drum this special needs a bag with protection. Since these are limited and can't be reproduced all limited edition drums will ship with one of our exotic nylon & ikat drum bags.
