Sageman Drums presently manufactures the finest line of musician quality djembe drums available as well as other quality percussion instruments. Each djembe drum is a single piece of hardwood; precision lathe cut and skinned in traditional goat hide with improved, top quality, stretch resistant cord. Our drums ship from the warehouse tuned and coated with orange oil. The didgeridoos are made of hollowed teak, eucalyptus and bamboo.
Sizing & Finish
All drums are available in listed sizes. All instruments are handcrafted and each design is unique, therefore there are variations within each style. Finish darkness, shell pattern, color of rope, and head size will almost always vary slightly from the model picture seen on the site. This is the beauty of handmade drums and makes your item unusual and uniquely yours. Sageman Drums makes your satisfaction a priority but in the event that you are completely unhappy with your item within 7 days of purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
Warranty Information
Sageman Trading Company warrants these instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The drum body is warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. The head of the drum is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All other defects and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or acts of Nature are not covered. Additionally, 28", 24", and 20" djembes are covered by our exclusive "Performance Guarantee" - if you don't love the sound of these drums the customer may send it back within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping).
Shipping
Ultra reliable UPS is our shipping carrier. We offer 7-day ground and 3-day select. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. We provide a shipping estimate when you place your order. The actual shipping cost you incur might vary slightly based on the shipping location.
Due to the lengh and packaging requirements of our didgeridoos they require an additional $2 in shipping costs. We provide a tracking number to you, once your package has shipped.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted through this web site. COD and personal checks are not acceptable methods of payment.
Repair & Customer Service
Sageman Drums is proud to have the only djembe drum repair shop in the United States. Repair fees, not covered by warranty, vary based on materials and labor.

Our Office Is Open From 10AM-5PM Monday-Friday. The Office is Closed Saturday And Sunday. If You Have Placed An Order Over The Weekend It Will Not Be Processed Till The Next Work Day.
