We don’t sell anything that we would not play ourselves. Consequently, we offer a sound guarantee on all our djembe drums – if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. In order for you to receive the full refund, the drum must not have any visible signs of use or wear, and must not be damaged. How your refund is handled is up to you, it can be store credit, or a credit can be issued to the original charge card. Please allow 2 weeks after the item has arrived at our warehouse for to process the refund. If you fail to contact us within 14 days of delivery you will not be eligible for the sound guarantee refund, at which time the 90-day warranty and return policies apply.

90-DAY WARRANTY: Our drums and accessories are crafted by world-class artisans and manufactured with style and sound quality in mind. In rare instances something may have a defect, which is why we provide a 90-day limited warranty on all Sageman Drum products. All warranties cover quality and craftsmanship but abuse, neglect, and damages caused by any person or incident are not covered. If there is a defect found in any Sageman Product during the first 90 days of ownership, please return it to Sageman Drums for replacement.
