Now in RED! These drums are truly stunning! Red stain with decorative line carving/painting on the base. True to their roots, these drums pack a thunderous low end punch and crisp rim tones. All Sageman drums start with a handpicked piece of mahogany. The shell is precision lathe cut and then hand carved. Traditionally skinned, these drums create an old world sound that is natural, warm and full bodied. This sound can not be produced with synthetic heads.
Please allow for variations in carving, style and rope color, as all Sageman Djembe are made by hand. Each drum will vary slightly from one to the next. Slight imperfections are common.
