We have incorporated both carved and painted accents to these beautiful Dayak mask designs, as well as an actual nose ring.

The 'Dayaks' were a tribe of people indigenous to "Kalimantan", or Borneo.

Improved rope and natural goat skin create that full-bodied lows and crisp rim tones that synthetic heads can not produce. With a lathe cut mahogany shell, sets the stage for another great piece of equipment from Sageman's line-up. The hand carved masks are truly amazing.

Please note: Sageman drums are hand made and will vary in color, rope style and carving from one to the next. Slight irregularities are common.
