We are so proud of this drum! Please welcome the newest addition to the Sageman family of Premium Djembes. This drum is truly stunning. Featuring a slight green stain on the body and decorative line carving/painting on the base. True to it's roots this drum packs thunderous low end punch and crisp rim tones. All Sageman drums start with a handpicked piece of solid mahogany. The shell is precision lathe cut and then hand carved. Traditionally skinned, this drum creates an old world sound that is natural, warm and full-bodied, a sound that synthetic heads can’t produce. You won’t find another drum design like this anywhere in the world.
Please allow for variations in carving style and rope color as all Sageman Djembes are made by hand and vary slightly from one drum to the next.
